Nicholas possesses a passion for arts management and using technology to empower organisations, with many years of experience managing teams and guiding projects in major cultural organisations.

Nicholas has run membership programs at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), and was Senior Customer Services and Ticketing Manager at The Australian Ballet. Most recently, Nicholas co-founded and operated Bangkok Screening Room, an independent arthouse cinema in Thailand, which enjoyed a successful life from 2016-2021, including multiple film festivals, creative collaborations with NGOs, embassies and major brands. Nicholas has a Master of Visual Arts from The University of Sydney, and a Master of Business Administration at RMIT, Melbourne.
