If you are approved to use the Tessitura name, logo or other materials, you agree that Tessitura grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free limited permission to use the Tessitura company name and logo for the sole purpose and only for the materials set forth therein. We reserve the right to revoke or modify your permission to display the Tessitura name or logo.
