The Tessitura Product Innovation Council brings together senior leaders from across our membership to inform Tessitura's product vision. If you think strategically about technology's role in the sector and want to influence what we build next, we want to hear from you.

Tessitura serves more than 800 arts and culture organizations across 10 countries. The Product Innovation Council ensures that what we build reflects where the sector is headed, not just where it's been.

This isn't a focus group or advisory board. Council members engage as strategic thought partners with Tessitura’s product leadership. They inform questions about the long-term future of arts and culture technology beyond immediate roadmap decisions. Members meet quarterly (virtually), once a year in person at TLCC in North America and serve as Tessitura product ambassadors in the broader community. Terms are 36 months, with staggered appointments to ensure continuity.

Council membership is a two-way commitment. In exchange for your time and expertise, you'll receive:

• Influence on Tessitura's product vision and technology roadmap
• Early access to emerging product directions before broader release
• Peer connection with senior leaders from across the arts and culture sector
• Professional recognition as a thought leader at the intersection of technology and the arts
• Outside perspectives from innovators and speakers beyond the Tessitura community
• The opportunity to shape solutions that address the sector's most pressing challenges

There's no single profile for an ideal candidate. Strong applicants bring:

• Strategic vision: A point of view on where arts and culture technology is heading and the confidence to articulate it
• A commitment to innovation: Evidence of actively pushing your organization, peers or the field forward
• A distinctive perspective: Shaped by your organization's context, your discipline, and your background and lived experience
• A community orientation: You think about the sector, not just your organization, and you're already engaging beyond your own four walls
• A collaborative mindset: You can hold your own view while genuinely considering others
