As of May 2023, the CDC has moved to end the COVID-19 public health emergency declaration in the US, and the World Health Organization has ended the global emergency status. Proof of vaccination will not be required in order to participate in the Tessitura Learning & Community Conference (TLCC) in Orlando. 

As we approach TLCC Orlando, we will inform our community of any updates to our health and safety guidelines.

Health & safety

Tessitura is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all TLCC participants, vendors and staff. We will continue monitoring the CDC, federal, state and local health authorities’ regulations around COVID-19. We will update protocols and requirements should the need arise. 

Please note that all restrictions and requirements are subject to change at any time to best protect the health and safety of all audiences in accordance with government guidelines and legal allowances. 

Safety protocols

Face masks are welcome but not required at the conference.  

We ask that attendees please wash their hands frequently. 

Personal accountability commitment

The responsibility for a safe and healthy event environment (duty of care) is shared among the event organizer, venue and every participant. All TLCC participants are expected to adhere to and abide by the safety precautions Tessitura is implementing.

As part of your duty of care responsibilities, you should:

• Respect the personal comfort of fellow attendees
• Participate only in events where you feel comfortable
• Self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and get tested if needed
• Not attend TLCC if you believe that you may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19

Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Tessitura cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners or others in attendance at TLCC will not become infected with COVID-19. Per CDC guidelines, we encourage individuals to seek treatment if they have COVID-19 and are at high risk of getting very sick.

All those who register for TLCC Orlando are asked to indicate their agreement with this duty of care during registration. If you cannot indicate agreement, please contact the conference team at conference@tessituranetwork.com so that they can address your concerns.

Refunds & cancellations

Please submit any cancellation and registration change requests in writing to conference@tessituranetwork.com. Cancellations and changes received through July 20, 2023, may incur a $100 administrative fee. After July 20, 2023, refunds are not available. You may transfer your registration to another attendee through August 2, 2023.
