The Tessitura Learning & Community Conference is headed to the Mile High City. Located minutes from the Denver International Airport, the new Gaylord Rockies Resort also offers easy access to downtown Denver. 

The Tessitura room rate is $222 USD per night and includes a mandatory resort fee. Please check back in January 2022 for more information on booking your room and details about conference registration.

Situated perfectly at the edge of the Front Range, the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center invites you to find sanctuary just minutes from Denver International Airport.

Dine formally or casually at various restaurants before indulging in treatments at the luxurious spa, shopping at diverse stores, adventures at both the indoor and outdoor water complexes, and the picture-perfect views of the nearby mountains and nature.

HOTEL RATE

$259USD per night plus tax

Rate is inclusive of required $20 resort fee. Resort fee includes wireless internet, fitness center access, use of hotel bicycles, use of basketball and tennis courts, scheduled shuttle service from commuter rail stop, access to on property water amenities, daily complimentary bottled water, and $10 daily dry cleaning credit. This rate covers single, double, triple, and quad rooms. It is available to you five days pre and post conference, subject to availability. Be sure to book under the Tessitura Network block in order to receive that rate.

The deadline for booking a room is July 11, 2020. After the deadline passes, rooms will be available at the Network rate, subject to availability.

Denver International Airport (DEN)
Hotel direction: 9.4 miles SW

This hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airport. Ground transportation options include:

Light Rail Transit

• Fare is $10.50 one-way
• Take the A Line to 61st & Peña Station to catch the complimentary Gaylord Rockies shuttle

  • Shuttle leaves the Resort at :10 and :40 each hour. It leaves the train station at :00 and :30 each hour.

Driving Directions

Follow Peña Boulevard to Exit 5 for Tower Road. Go south on Tower Road to East 64th Avenue. Turn left onto East 64th Avenue and continue to North Gaylord Rockies Boulevard. Turn left on North Gaylord Rockies Boulevard.

Parking

Gaylord Rockies Hotel & Convention Center provides self or valet parking onsite for its guests. Currently, parking rates are as follows:

• On-site parking, fee: $29 USD daily
• Valet parking, fee: $39 USD daily

Public Transportation

The RTD System is equipped with light rails, buses, and a train to help you navigate the city. Use the helpful Trip Planner to enter your start and end locations. Fares are $3.00 for local, $5.25 for regional, and $10.50 for airport passes.

• The airport station is located at the base of the airport's hotel and transit center, directly underneath the Westin Denver International Airport hotel and conference center
• Passengers stepping off the train need walk only a short distance to an escalator, elevator, or stairs that lead directly to the south entrance of the Jeppesen Terminal and the security checkpoints
• Tickets for the A Line may be purchased at the ticket vending machines located on the train platform using cash or credit cards
