The imminent release of Tessitura’s new business intelligence tool, Tessitura Analytics, has inspired a suite of sessions at this year’s Tessitura Learning & Community Conference (TLCC2018). 

Collectively, the sessions aim to empower arts and cultural professionals to establish a data-driven culture in their organizations. The opportunities from the data available within Tessitura’s unified CRM platform, and how to use Tessitura Analytics to maximize these, will be a key focus of TLCC2018, to be held in Orlando this July.

Tessitura Analytics has been developed in consultation with the community of 600+ organizations across the globe that use Tessitura to power their operations. Twelve interactive Tessitura Analytics dashboards will be included in the upcoming Tessitura v15 release, providing the entry point for organizations to integrate Tessitura Analytics into their business.

Presentations, hands-on workshops, and discussion sessions have been designed to ensure that all Tessitura users feel ready to utilize this next-generation tool, regardless their area of expertise or interest.

Sessions on offer include:

  • Mini-Keynote on Tessitura Analytics 
    An overview suited to all skill levels and functional areas of the business insights the new dashboards will provide and the most important innovations Tessitura Analytics will deliver to arts and cultural organizations.
  • Tessitura Analytics Essentials for Teams
    Introductory level training session that will showcase the new dashboards to orient entire teams (executives, analysts, managers, and users) to the insights available.
  • Tessitura Analytics Dashboards Hands-On Learning
    Hands-on workshops enabling exploration and discovery of Tessitura Analytics dashboards that gives participants the knowledge to extend, enhance, and make these new tools relevant for their organizations. There will be ten of these workshops during TLCC2018, limited to 32 attendees each, requiring pre-registration.
  • Business Intelligence Readiness
    Highly interactive workshop for executives that will provide a blueprint for success with Tessitura Analytics, using five indicators for data-driven culture.

Users of Tessitura’s unified CRM platform attend the annual Tessitura Learning & Community Conference, which is known to be the largest annual global gathering of arts and cultural professionals. This year’s event is expected to be attended by close to 2,000 executives, administrators, and creatives from organizations in 10 countries across three continents.
