TLCC attendees are taking advantage of opportunities to learn about the powerful new business intelligence tool Tessitura Analytics. 

With the release of Tessitura Analytics coming later this year, the 2018 Tessitura Learning & Community Conference (TLCC2018) is offering several sessions about the new capabilities. Tessitura's unified platform offers a wealth of data, and Tessitura Analytics offers powerful, easy-to-use interactive dashboards to see trends and insights. Collectively, the presentations, discussions, and hands-on sessions aim to empower arts and cultural professionals to establish a data-driven culture in their organizations. 

The conference offers four types of sessions, including presentations, discussions, and hands-on workshops. All have been designed to prepare Tessitura users, regardless of their level of expertise or area of interest  to use this next-generation tool.

Mini-Keynote on Tessitura Analytics

The Mini-Keynote on Tessitura Analytics provided an overview of the new dashboards for Tessitura users of all skill levels, from any department. The session, offered yesterday and today, [CHECK DATES before publishing!] explored the business insights that the new dashboards will offer, and gave a preview of the possibilities that Tessitura Analytics may open up for arts and cultural organizations.

Creating a data-driven culture is a team-wide initiative, and this session focuses on orienting the entire team — executives, analysts, managers, and hands-on users — to the insights that Tessitura Analytics can provide. Teams were encouraged to attend together to consider the cross-departmental possibilities.

These popular hands-on workshops guide participants through exploring the Tessitura Analytics dashboards. Each of the ten sessions teaches participants how to use the pre-built dashboards and create new ones that are relevant to their organizations.

This executive track workshop on Monday helped participants assess their organizational readiness. Facilitators guided participants in two interactive exercises to help executives prioritize their efforts.

Tessitura Analytics has been developed in consultation with the community of 600+ organizations across the globe that use Tessitura to power their operations. Twelve interactive Tessitura Analytics dashboards will be included in the upcoming Tessitura v15 release, providing the entry point for organizations to integrate Tessitura Analytics into their business.
