TLCC2018, which gets underway today in Orlando, Florida, provides countless ways to engage with peers, third-party partners, and Tessitura experts.
This year, the 1,800+ attendees have even more opportunities for face-to-face conversations and hands-on learning. Many of these opportunities are found in the Solution Center, which is back this year with an expanded format. The Solution Center is staffed with Tessitura experts who can answer a myriad of questions, from a high-level overview of Tessitura services like N-Scan to in-depth discussions of the REST API.

The Solution Center at TLCC2018
“The Solution Center is an exciting addition to TLCC,” says Ivan Medanic, Senior Vice President of Consulting. “It is a hub of interaction, exploration, and activity. At the Solution Center you can discuss your ideas and aspirations with Tessitura staff who are ready to assist.”
The Tessitura platform offers a high level of flexibility, so the Solution Center offers a place for users to explore additional services like N-Scan, TN Express Web, Tessitura On the Go, and various consulting offerings. The Solution Center also includes three specialized areas: the Tech Bar, 15-Minute Fixes, and the Developer Hub.
Tech Bar
The Tech Bar is open for TLCC attendees to explore web products, hardware, and consulting options. Tech Bar visitors are invited to browse an array of hardware. With so many available options, it can be a challenge to determine the right device for a cultural organization’s specific need. The Tech Bar offers the opportunity to get hands-on experience with ticket scanners, EMV payment processing devices, tablets for mobile sales, and portable Bluetooth printers.
Attendees are also invited to discuss potential consulting projects. Tessitura Network has a variety of consulting options, ranging ongoing Tech Services contracts to high-level Enterprise Consulting projects to technical customization work.

15-Minute Fixes
Some Tessitura users come to TLCC with questions they’re hoping to get answered. 15-Minute Fixes offers a chance for them to book a one-on-one sesion with a Tessitura support specialist. Participants can ask all kinds of questions about their existing Tessitura software, products, or services, whether about version upgrades or creating a mobile app with TN Mobile Plus. Other topics might include Tessitura On the Go, N-Scan, TN Express Web, or Hosting Services.
Appointments for 15-Minute Fixes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. While each session is limited to 15 minutes, attendees can return for additional appointments.
Developer Hub
The Developer Hub provides a place for software and web developers from both the Tessitura staff and the Network community to get together. So far, attendees express excitement in exploring Tessitura API resources and functionality released in the latest version of TNEW v7.
