Version 14.1 News

We are closing in on the final bits of Tessitura Version 14.1 and will start Beta testing shortly. Our goal is to release v14.1 at the end of January, in time for UK sites to be ready for some big data privacy changes. Last month we talked about the main features in v14.1: General Data Protection Regulation support, Production Creation Utility (formerly known as Bulk Copy), Pricing Rules enhancements, Guest Checkout enhancements and new options for Point-To-Point credit card encryption devices.

We'll also be releasing our brand new List Manager with v14.1. This is the first part of the Tessitura Business Intelligence Initiative, and this rebuild has been on our Technology Roadmap for some time. We've made it easier than ever to get data out of the system in one workflow with three simple steps.

Step One
Define your criteria. Anyone who uses List Manager already knows how to do this. Here is part of the newly-designed Criteria page:

 

Step Two
Define your output. What data do you want from the system? You can use a previously defined set of elements or build your own. You can apply optional filters to any element to fine-tune your results.

 

Step Three
See the results — the data you selected for the constituents which match your criteria. Export if desired. Easy!

In later versions we'll also expand this new design and capability to Extractions. And of course we're also hard at work on the next generation of Tessitura Analytics.

Version 14 Service Packs

With the release of Version 14.0 we have moved to a Service Pack model for releasing software fixes. This is an important milestone and also something that the community has been asking for some time. Read all about Service Packs right here.

Tessitura SOAP API End of Life Set for 2019

In February we announced an important milestone in Tessitura development. With version 14 comes the first version of the new REST API, which can handle all of the transactional functionality needed for websites and other applications, and with that we have begun the phase-out of the legacy SOAP API. You can read much more about this here.

Development Sandbox Now with Full v.14

The Development Sandbox has now been updated with the release build of v14 and we invite you to log in and try out some of the new features, including Resource Scheduling. You can also experiment with other new features like the newly redesigned Payments Window, Contact Point Permissions and much more.
