New Additions to the TASK Shared Reports Library

The TASK Shared Reports library is a collection of user-defined reports and utilities that are available to the Tessitura community. Check out recent highlights including Create CSI Bulk Utility, Custom Order Email Confirmations Utility, and Year-End Letters Report.

Create CSI Bulk Utility

This SSRS utility is used to create Customer Service Issues (CSIs) in bulk from a Tessitura List. (Shared Reports Solution #371)

Thanks to Sadie Prater from Perot Museum of Nature and Science for sharing this utility, which was adapted from a solution previously submitted by McCarter Theatre.

Custom Order Email Confirmations Utility

This Infomaker utility sends order confirmation emails through a customized report. This allows for complete email customization where data can be drawn from Research Notes, local tables or inventory content.The utility can be run in batch mode or single-selection mode. (Shared Reports Solution #372)

Report Requests Reports

These SSRS reports can be executed to see all Tessitura reports run by a specific user or all users who have run a specific report.Output displays both the descriptions and ID's for all entered parameters which are useful in troubleshooting. (Shared Reports Solution #374)

Year-End Letters Report

This SSRS report returns information for the Annual Giving Summary for an organization, summarizing all gifts by patron record for a given calendar year including Pledge payments. It was developed in a consortium environment where each organization used the report to ensure that only their Control-Grouped data was pulled. (Shared Reports Solution #375)

User defined reports and utilities are provided courtesy of the license holder developing them.
