Visit the Solution Center at TLCC to explore everything that Tessitura has to offer
We are thrilled to bring the Solution Center back to TLCC2018 — bigger and better than ever! The Solution Center is the destination where you can get all of your burning Tessitura questions answered. Looking to upgrade to TNEW v7? Want to get down and dirty with Tessitura Analytics? Fancy a stroll through our Tech Bar to get hands-on with all the latest devices? Or maybe you want to brainstorm a custom consulting project? Whatever it is, we’ll have plenty of staff on-hand to ensure that you’re getting the most out of Tessitura.
In the spirit of burning questions, let us answer a few for you.
How is the Solution Center going to work?
The Solution Center is a place where you can come and go throughout the whole conference, pausing only for General Sessions. Feel free to drop by as often as you'd like and explore all products and services available to our Tessitura community. No appointments are necessary!
Tessitura team members will be there all week to help while you browse new solutions for your organization. You can also sign up for a 15-Minute Fixes timeslot, where an Application Specialist will be available to discuss your dedicated questions.
What can I do in the Solution Center?
- Explore Tessitura's latest web products, consulting and training offerings, devices, TNEW customizations, third-party integrations, and more!
- Get hands-on at the Tech Bar — with ticket scanners, EMV devices, TRBO tablets, and bluetooth printers.
- Take advantage of 15-Minute Fixes — your chance for one-on-one assistance from our application support specialists. These appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. While each session is limited to 15 minutes, feel free to return as often as you'd like.
- Visit the Developer Hub to meet developers from the Tessitura team and around the community. Explore v7 instances, API resources, and more.
What if I'm not going to TLCC? I really want that content!
