New Additions to the TASK Shared Reports Library
The TASK Shared Reports library is a collection of user-defined reports and utilities that are available to the Tessitura community. Check out these recent highlights:
Attendance—Other States Custom Screen
This Infomaker custom screen lets users view and record attendance info per performance. Changes can be made per row or en masse.
(Shared Reports Solution #377)
T-Stats Local Date Dimensions
This T-Stats customization shows additional fiscal year dimensions in T-Stats. It can be useful for consortium environments where consortium members’ fiscal years start in different months.
(Shared Reports Solution #378)
Thanks to Katie Lachance-Duffy from Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium for sharing these two solutions.
Event Source List Report
This SSRS report pulls a list of Active/Printed tickets for a selected production season/performance and outputs the number of tickets, value, price type, price zone and source. The report also has a filter for price layer and source number (uses source numbers separated by commas).
(Shared Reports Solution #379)
Thanks to Jonathan Southwell from Victoria Theatre Association for sharing this report.
User defined reports and utilities are provided courtesy of the license holder developing them. While the Network does not endorse the accuracy of the reports, you are encouraged to test them and determine if they will work well for your organization. If you have a report, utility or solution that you would like to share with the community, please send an email to sharedreports@tessituranetwork.com and we will work with you to get your creation posted in the TASK Shared Report Library for everyone’s benefit.
