Updates from Tessitura Product Development

Version 15 is Here

We are very happy to announce that Version 15 has been released. Here are some of the new v15 features that we’re excited about:

  • Tessitura Analytics: Tessitura Analytics is vertically integrated with Tessitura — your core transaction and CRM system — offering a comprehensive approach to organize data, surface information, enable analysis, and provide insight. Tessitura Analytics consists of five data cubes (pre-processed data-stores optimized for business intelligence reporting), used to build dynamic visualizations of your data called widgets, which are collected into shareable, interactive dashboards.
  • Windows Authentication: Tessitura user accounts can now be linked with Windows domain user accounts to enable Windows Authentication for accessing the Tessitura application.
  • Tessitura Processing Service: A new Windows Service, Tessitura Processing Service (TPS), has been added in v15.0. TPS replaces both the Tessitura Print Server and Report Server.
  • Report Setup: The Report Setup utility functions have been integrated into the main Tessitura application. Report setup is now accessed from the Reports and Utilities window using the Edit Report and New Report buttons.
  • Single Database: Facilitating the deployment of Tessitura in more robust database infrastructures, the impresario_cci database, which was used to hold extraction data, has been deprecated. Database objects and data in the impresario_cci database have been moved to the impresario database.
