11/28/2018

Tessitura Version 15.0 is officially released!

We’re happy to announce that Tessitura Version 15.0 was released on October 9th.  This major milestone includes the launch of Tessitura Analytics, the Network’s totally reimagined Business Intelligence suite.  In addition to Tessitura Analytics, v15.0 includes new features such as Windows integrated logins, a new Tessitura Processing Service to take the place of the Report Server and the Print At Home Server, and many other new features and enhancements. You can read about all the new things in v15.0 here.

In accordance with the Tessitura Network membership agreement, members must upgrade to Version 15.0 by April 9th, 2019. Upgrades from versions 12.5.1 and up are supported.

Many organizations are already live with v15.0 and Tessitura Analytics, and are already taking advantage of its power and flexibility. With the prebuilt dashboards, you can see your data in fresh new ways almost immediately after installation. Mary French of the Atlanta Ballet used the prebuilt dashboards and said, “It’s nice to have that out-of-the-box great visual instantly, and a quick win for seeing what’s going on across the board.”

After exploring the prebuilt dashboards, Siorna Ashby of the Roundhouse Trust said: “You’ve taken time to ask questions and think about what an organization like the Roundhouse would actually ask of their data. So when we open up Analytics, Tessitura have already created dashboards for us, and we can then customize and drill in any way we want to.”

In addition to the prebuilt dashboards that are included in Tessitura Analytics, you can also create your own interactive dashboards in an intuitive, fluid user interface.  For more information, please watch our most recent webinar, Bringing Data-Driven Culture to Life.

Version 15.1

We’re also hard at work on Tessitura Version 15.1, an optional release due out at the end of the first quarter of 2019. Version 15.1 will contain:

  • additional Tessitura Analytics features;
  • new credit card device options;
  • TRBO (Tessitura Roving Box Office) improvements, including the ability to accept cash payments;
  • and many other smaller enhancements.

As always, we recommend that you keep up with the latest Tessitura service packs, which are released on a monthly schedule. The most recent 14.1 service pack (14.1.9) contains some significant improvements in pricing and pricing rules performance.
