Upcoming Tessitura Courses

Looking to power up your Tessitura skills? 2019 brings multiple opportunities for professional development that fit your time and budget. 

Fundamental courses in both ticketing and fundraising operations begin on the first Monday of every month, starting in February. Each virtual course teaches students how to manage, update, and harness their pre-existing Tessitura structures, getting students up to speed with critical skills in just three weeks. These courses are perfect for new employees or colleagues that need a refresher.

Comprehensive courses provide in-depth training on Tessitura configuration and best practices for either ticketing or fundraising. These six-week courses begin with 10 virtual lessons over two weeks. The heart of the course is a week of intensive in-person classroom training. The class culminates in a group project designed to synthesize and apply the student’s new skills. Each student will participate in over 90 hours of Tessitura training and finish the course with a new community of peers which will serve as a powerful resource for both the student and their organization.
