For up-to-date information please read this article, which is our most recent communication about the SOAP API end of life

Keep your website compatible with Tessitura

As we’ve announced, the legacy SOAP API will no longer function or be supported as of the installation of Tessitura v16. This means that all Tessitura-integrated websites need to be updated to leverage the newest API services.

If your organization has a custom website, you need to begin to explore your options. We see three paths:

  1. Work with your current web partner to update your website;
  2. Develop a new website; or
  3. Explore if TNEW is the right fit for you.

We’re here to help you determine your best path forward. We recently hosted a TNEW Overview webinar, which is a great place to start getting to know what this e-commerce platform offers.

If you’ve had a custom website for many years, it’s probably time to take another look at TNEW. We offer personalized demos, so drop us a line at tnew@tessituranetwork.com to schedule a time to meet virtually.

If you are not sure if TNEW would really fulfill your needs, our experts can help you with that too. We’ll work with your team to understand your current web experience, map your future web journey, and determine if TNEW functionality matches your organization. The price depends on the project you need.

Organizations are always evolving and exploring their options on the web. It’s time to get started on keeping your website compatible with Tessitura. Please, be in touch and let us know how we can help!
