SalesVu Point of Sale Integration Now Available

We are proud to announce that the integration to SalesVu is now available in general release. 

With this innovative iPad-based solution, organizations can look up any customer in their Tessitura database using the SalesVu POS app. Customers can be searched using membership number, name, phone, email, or customer membership card. Customer discounts, coupons, and loyalty rewards points can then be directly applied to any purchases. Tessitura-issued gift certificates can be redeemed with the SalesVu POS app by scanning the card or manually entering the certificate.

Purchase history from SalesVu is transmitted to the Tessitura CRM, providing organizations with a full view of all purchases and interactions in keeping with Tessitura’s 360-degree approach. SalesVu offers a number of free iPad POS apps and auxiliary solutions, which can be utilized for bars, gift shops, and concessions stands in entertainment venues and arts and cultural organizations.

Payment Express is Now Windcave

Payment solution provider Payment Express has rebranded as Windcave. Windcave remains a one-stop provider of ecommerce, retail, unattended, and merchant payment solutions. Tessitura customers will not experience any change in service aside from the new Windcave branding slowly replacing all Payment Express branding.
