Check out the newly improved Self-Service Tool for Hosting Services users
9/23/2019
Easier access to Hosting Services is in your hands.
We’ve made some exciting enhancements to our Tessitura Self-Service Application so that you can handle more of the most common security tasks on your own.
Individual users now have the ability to:
- Reset their Hosting Services Citrix password
- Synchronize mobile tokens (while mobile tokens rarely go out of sync, this feature lets you synchronize them as a troubleshooting step)
- End a Citrix session to troubleshoot connection errors
In addition, Administrators can now manage these Hosting Services security tasks at the organization level:
- Assign and unassign physical tokens. This requires having the token physically at hand (or in the hands of the user), as it will request an OTP at the time of assignment.
- Assign and unassign mobile tokens. Mobile token credentials will be displayed on screen at the time of assignment, but are not retrievable once you click out of the screen. They will be emailed to the end user, and you may also print the screen if needed.
- Unlock tokens. Occasionally tokens become locked, so now the token status will display on the screen with the option to unlock if needed.
