Pop-Up Skill Builder: Importing Orders from Virtual Events

Many Tessitura organizations have been using TNEW’s Digital Content feature to collect registrations for virtual performances, classes and more. Using TNEW means every participant will create a constituent account and order in your Tessitura system. Sometimes, however, your organization might need to manage registrations directly in other platforms. In this Pop-Up Skill Builder, you’ll learn how to import registration lists from Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms into Tessitura using the Order Import Utility.
