We'll walk through using this new utility, from building a list based on cancellation request Customer Service Issues (CSIs) to sending out receipts after you run the utility.

Prior to joining the company, Kevin worked in ticketing at Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago, where he first encountered Tessitura as a user, and where he met his wife. He currently lives in the Cincinnati area with his wife and two children. In his free time, Kevin is an avid baker, player of video games, reader of science fiction, and lover of cats.
