Join this session to learn how you can take visitor engagement to the next level with Tessitura's out-of-the-box Access Control functionality. Our experts will walk through the features and the devices, including handheld scanners and stands, and give you a chance to ask questions.

Patrick Schley

Patrick Schley joined the Tessitura Network in February, 2016 as an Application Support Specialist, and in 2019 became a Support Escalation Specialist.

He enjoys working with Tessitura users every day and helping their organizations answer Tessitura questions. He also works on implementing Open Space Technology at TLCC, in our Regional User Groups, and internally amongst Network staff.

Previously, Patrick served as Academy Services Manager at First Stage where he was responsible for customer service, communications, and logistics for the Academy department, along with Tessitura and IT operations company-wide. He also was a member of the steering committee and ex-officio member of the executive committee for Milwaukee Arts Partners, the Tessitura consortium in the Milwaukee area. A dedicated user of the platform since 2006, his additional Tessitura experience includes stints at the Harris Theater for Music and DanceChicago Shakespeare Theater, and Milwaukee Repertory Theater. Patrick was also involved in a groundbreaking Milwaukee organization called Bucketworks, which created Open Space networking and professional development opportunities for technology workers in the metro area, in addition to being a pioneer in the Makerspace movement. As part of his role at Bucketworks, Patrick helped found two small theater companies and advised numerous others.

Outside of work, Patrick engages with the vibrant arts scene in his hometown of Milwaukee, WI as an audience member and usher, and will occasionally get his hands dirty working on a production or two at his alma mater high school.

Tami Fox

Tami Fox supports the Network as a Member Services Manager.

In this role, she helps existing Tessitura users through the sales, contracting and fulfillment process, particularly for RAMP and N-Scan, and is a key communications liaison with North American Tessitura users over a broad range of topics. She works closely with the RAMP and N-Scan teams in their delivery of products and services. Tami has extensive experience in the ticketing industry and has been with other ticketing companies for 18 years in a variety of key roles, including tracking inside sales of access control solutions and other products and services. Tami lives near Madison and thus bolsters our proud Wisconsin staff contingent.
