Melissa Champ has nearly 15 years of experience in technology, marketing, arts and non-profits.

As the Vice President of Support, Melissa oversees the Tessitura Network Support team and customer satisfaction for over 550 organizations in the North American region. Prior to this role, Melissa led the web support team for Tessitura’s e-commerce platform, TN Express Web.

Before joining the network, Melissa served as the Digital Media Manager at the Kansas City Symphony as part of the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts consortium. During her time there, she was part of the grand opening of the new performing arts center, launching a new web and e-commerce site. Her start was as Marketing Assistant with the Kansas City Repertory Theatre. Throughout her career, she has always had a passion for the arts and knowledge sharing through technology.

Melissa attended the University of Missouri Kansas City Conservatory of Music for clarinet and Arts Business & Administration. She currently lives with her family in Lee’s Summit, Missouri in the Kansas City area.
