In this skill builder, you will learn how to configure this feature using contact permissions and/or contact point purposes for up to two opt-in options in the account area, one-page giving, guest checkout and payment pages of your TNEW site.

Suzie is the Senior Director of the Consulting Projects team at the Tessitura Network.

As Senior Director, Suzie oversees teams tasked with elevating members’ use of Tessitura to realize their business goals by leveraging Tessitura’s full suite of products and services. This is achieved by delivering valuable insights and recommendations in the areas of business strategy, operations, and technology.

Suzie has over 20 years of experience working with nonprofits in customer service, ticketing and digital strategy. With a lifelong passion for music and theatre, Suzie sought out a career that would merge her strengths in communication, business and technology with arts and culture. Prior to working for Tessitura, Suzie worked for nearly a decade at the University Musical Society where she oversaw ticketing for the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre and Dance.

Suzie lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan (Go Blue!) with her husband, two dogs, bird and two energetic and inspiring children. Outside of the office Suzie loves to read and go hiking.
