Office Hours: Memberships

Office hours are a great opportunity to have a conversation with members of the Tessitura Product team and Innovation leadership. We will start with a brief update on the product roadmap, then offer a more specific overview of the Membership roadmap for v16 and beyond. We will focus on hearing from you about your needs and experiences in Tessitura, TN Express Web (TNEW), Analytics, and integrations. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to hear from our product owners, ask questions, and share your experiences.

Mark Rhodes

Product Analyst
Tessitura Network

Mark Rhodes has been working in the IT field since 1995 and was Lead Developer of the programming team that originally created the ticketing functionality in Tessitura (then called Impresario) for the Metropolitan Opera.

After the Impresario project concluded, Mark, as was customary for that time period, spent a year at a dot com venture that failed and after that worked as a consultant in the field of corporate governance. In 2002, Mark was happily pulled back into the world of arts organizations by the Network, where, as the son of ballet dancers, he feels particularly at home. In what spare time is left over after work and spending time with his wife and daughter, Mark enjoys playing wind synthesizer, composing music, and gaming.
