INTIX webinar: Turning outside to find inner peace

Presented in partnership with Tessitura

The world is stressful. Yet much of our stress comes from being inside our own heads. Our minds provide a constant string of thoughts, often jumping from present to past to future, all while weaving stories about our world. Sometimes, we get stuck in a story or train of thought that doesn’t serve us well and causes more stress. When these moments occur, we can use simple strategies to break the cycle of negativity and get back to a place of inner calm.
