Innovation Studio: Order Processing Web Screens

60 MIN

Innovation Studio:
Order Processing Web Screens

Innovation Studio offers a great opportunity to have a conversation with members of the Tessitura Product team about solutions in development. We will share the work we are doing towards re-envisioning Tessitura as a web-based application with a new, friendlier interface. We’ll focus specifically on event setup screens and onsite ticket processing. Then we want to hear your questions and feedback. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to engage with our product team and share your experiences.

These sessions will not be recorded.

Mark Rhodes

Product Analyst
Tessitura Network

Mark Rhodes has been working in the IT field since 1995 and was Lead Developer of the programming team that originally created the ticketing functionality in Tessitura (then called Impresario) for the Metropolitan Opera.

After the Impresario project concluded, Mark, as was customary for that time period, spent a year at a dot com venture that failed and after that worked as a consultant in the field of corporate governance. In 2002, Mark was happily pulled back into the world of arts organizations by the Network, where, as the son of ballet dancers, he feels particularly at home. In what spare time is left over after work and spending time with his wife and daughter, Mark enjoys playing wind synthesizer, composing music, and gaming.
