v16 for Data Analysts, Part 3: Interactions Cube

Tessitura v16 enhances the tools you use to gain insight, measure against goals, and forecast. In this final of three analytics sessions, we will introduce a new Interactions cube designed to capture non-transactional interactions. This cube pairs behavioral data with transactional data, allowing for greater insight into how constituents engage with your organization. You’ll learn about the new cube’s data structure, and we’ll explore pre-built dashboards that use the Interactions perspective.

v16 training

This live webinar is part of the Data Analysts learning path for v16. For this path, we also recommend:

Please note: These are repeats of the v16 training series presented earlier in 2022. As we are iteratively releasing v16 to get new features to you faster, the content of these training sessions has been updated, so it’s ok to attend more than once!

Each session is recorded and forms part of a suggested learning path. Each learning path has been designed to provide a personalized journey through v16 by a specific job role or function. As the live sessions happen, the videos will be replaced with new recordings to ensure you get the most up-to-date information.

Mae Linden

Support Escalation Specialist
Tessitura

Mae fell in love with stories at a young age and has yet to find a form of storytelling that doesn't bring them joy - whether that's novels, theatre, baking, or data analysis.

They are currently a Support Escalation Specialist with Tessitura Network. Prior to that, she worked with both the Detroit Opera and the Seattle Symphony - started her career in the box office, took a spin in fundraising, and ended up somewhere in-between.

She was the co-chair of the analytic Coffee! Tessitura community group for a year and half, and helped found the Neurodiversity & Mental Wellness community group as well. They grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where she still resides with her partner Charlie (after a brief stint in the Midwest). When she's not working, they can be found engaging with stories wherever possible - from video games to film parties with friends.
