v16 for Developers: Membership database and API workflows

Tessitura Version 16 includes enhancements and important changes to the API and database. This three-part webinar series prepares developers who work with the Tessitura API. We will emphasize creating API-driven customizations and integrations customizations whenever possible.

In the third and final part of the series, we will:

  • Give a brief overview of the new membership features in v16 and how they are expressed through the API
  • Explain significant changes in the v16 database that could impact customizations and reporting
  • Discuss best practice workflows for API calls for the new membership and benefits features

There will be plenty of time for Q&A.

v16 training

This is the third of three live sessions about the API in v16. View the other sessions below:

Please note: These are repeats of the v16 training series presented earlier in 2022. As we are iteratively releasing v16 to get new features to you faster, the content of these training sessions has been updated, so it’s ok to attend more than once!

Each session is recorded and forms part of a suggested learning path. Each learning path has been designed to provide a personalized journey through v16 by a specific job role or function. As the live sessions happen, the videos will be replaced with new recordings to ensure you get the most up-to-date information.

Mark Rhodes

Product Analyst
Tessitura Network

Mark Rhodes has been working in the IT field since 1995 and was Lead Developer of the programming team that originally created the ticketing functionality in Tessitura (then called Impresario) for the Metropolitan Opera.

After the Impresario project concluded, Mark, as was customary for that time period, spent a year at a dot com venture that failed and after that worked as a consultant in the field of corporate governance. In 2002, Mark was happily pulled back into the world of arts organizations by the Network, where, as the son of ballet dancers, he feels particularly at home. In what spare time is left over after work and spending time with his wife and daughter, Mark enjoys playing wind synthesizer, composing music, and gaming.
