Important Information about the Heartbleed Bug

You may be aware of the Heartbleed bug which poses an encryption security threat to many web servers worldwide. The Tessitura team takes all security threats very seriously and has been monitoring this situation closely. We have taken steps to ensure that users of RAMP, TN Express Web, TN Social Ticketing and TN Mobile Plus are not affected by this issue.

Please note that all Tessitura services (including both the SOAP Web API and the newer REST Service Layer) run on Windows technology, which is unaffected by this issue, but if you run any non-Windows based websites or servers, you may want to investigate this further or contact your web provider.
