The Network has released a highly recommended hotfix that addresses several payment processing issues discovered in the v12.5 General Release.  This hotfix, v1250HF8, can be downloaded from TASK Solution #90 titled "v12.5.0 General Release Hotfixes" in the "Version Upgrades and Patches" workspace.

The v12.5 General Release upgrade files posted in TASK Solution #88 titled "Tessitura Version 12.5 General Release Upgrade Files" in the "Version Upgrades and Patches" workspace have been updated to include the fixes provided with hotfix v1250HF8. If you have downloaded the files for the v12.5 upgrade from Solution # 88 but have not yet installed the release, we recommend that you download the updated files from the Solution so that you are working with the most current build of the General Release which will preclude you from having to install hotfix v1250HF8 separately.

Within the next few weeks the Network will release Tessitura v12.5.1 that will include EMV (chip & signature) functionality for US licensees that are using Element Payment Services. Tessitura v12.5.1 will replace the v12.5 General Release and will include all v12.5 hotfixes released to date (including the hotfix announced in this message). As such, if you have not yet begun to test v12.5, you can wait until v12.5.1 is released so that you are working with the most current code and can avoid installing the v12.5 hotfixes that have been made available to date.
