Tessitura Merchant Services enhancements, plus other improvements and fixes

Tessitura v15.2.39 available October 31, 2023

We are pleased to announce the release of Tessitura v15.2.39. This release includes enhancements to Tessitura Merchant Services, including the new version of Secure Deviceless Entry for back office payments. There are also a number of improvements and important fixes. Check out the release notes for further details.

As of v15.2.34, Tessitura Analytics has been upgraded to include new features and functionality. Explore the release notes to find out more. 

Please note: As of September 30, 2023, all organizations must be on v15.2.34 or higher.

Installing v15.2.39

For licensees using hosting services

v15.2 release installs are scheduled through our self-service tool. We will notify you when the release has been deployed to your test environment. You will have some time to verify that your test environment is working as expected. Once you have completed testing, you can then schedule the release in Live. If you have opted to receive releases automatically, there is no need to schedule your update; we will notify you once we have deployed to your test environment.

For self-hosted licensees 

v15.2 releases can be found in our documentation under the Installation and Upgrade Files tab. Tessitura Installation Manager (TIM) is used to apply releases. The steps to install a dot release will be the same for every dot release.

v15.2 release: v15.2.39

If you have v15.1 or v15.2 installed, apply the current release over your v15.1 or v15.2 instance.

If you are upgrading Tessitura, note the v15 download page will always contain the current release. When upgrading, make sure to download the currently posted files to get the version that includes the most current release.

About these types of releases

These releases (e.g. v15.2.39) are full builds of the Tessitura application that include fixes for high-priority defects in the current release as well as important functional improvements. We declare a defect as a high priority when the Support and Product Development teams determine that the defect affects expected operational behavior. These are released regularly and are cumulative — the most recent release includes all fixes previously released for the same version. This type of release should not require extensive testing before installation.

Per our Support Standards policy for maintenance of software and updates, members must maintain the current version of the software and products including upgrading by an upgrade target date if any is stipulated.

The release notes list all enhancement and new feature release notes for v15 and all bug fix release notes for v15 or higher.

Please note, bug fixes that exist only in a higher version are included here so that you can reference defects that have been resolved but will require an upgrade from this version to receive.
