Introducing Single Phone Extension for all Tessitura Support

In order to streamline calls seeking assistance from the Network's Tessitura application, RAMP and Web Products Support teams, the three Support telephone lines are being consolidated into one primary Support contact phone number. As of October 1, all calls for Network Support should be directed to (888)643-5778 x 201.

As always, we continue to recommend that you use the TASK Online Help System for all routine support requests.

You may also use the support line, and this phone line continues to be monitored for routine calls for assistance Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm ET and is monitored at all times including after hours, weekends and holidays for emergencies.
