Our projects center on one (or more) of the following areas: ticketing/admissions; fundraising; membership; finance. These relate to the data available in Tessitura Analytics.
We'll start with a session reviewing the pre-built dashboards in your chosen area. We'll go through each dashboard in detail, answer any questions you have and explore personalization options. We'll ask you to complete a questionnaire to discover more about your needs.
If an existing dashboard can answer some of your data questions, we'll personalize it further to meet your exact needs. First we'll review the design with you, then once you're happy we will build and train you on it. Training can either be just on using the dashboard, or we can guide you through the build itself too.
It might be that your needs require something more tailored, in which case we'd work with you on a recommeded next step. This might include creating a bespoke dashboard or report.
