Our Career Accelerator programme was designed with a long-term goal of diversifying perspectives in the arts and culture workforce. Research shows that teams with diverse backgrounds are more creative and resilient.
The 2026 European programme runs 16 February–1 May. Applications will be accepted 8 December–18 January.
Participation in Tessitura's Career Accelerator is free of charge for applicants accepted into the programme. The information on this page is for our European programme.
Programme benefits
Over this 11-week programme, participants will:
Gain foundational knowledge, hands-on experience and practical skills using Tessitura’s CRM platform in fundraising, memberships or ticketing
Join a community of colleagues and mentors providing support, community and professional networking
Secure access to a library of Tessitura Training Center materials to expand your knowledge

Programme details
The 2026 programme runs 16 February–1 May and is free of charge.
Up to three hours per week of self-paced online learning in fundraising, memberships or ticketing (approx. £225 GBP value)
Three 90-minute group conversations with participants, mentors, programme staff and invited guests
Five 60-minute small group mentoring sessions
One year of access to Tessitura Training Center materials
Full scholarship to the Tessitura Learning & Community Conference (TLCC) in London, 12–13 March 2026 (conference fees only, approx. £425 GBP value; travel and hotel costs not included)
Eligibility & application details
Applicants must:
- Be located in Europe
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Demonstrate lived experience that is underrepresented or marginalised in the business of arts and culture
- Commit to participating in all 11 weeks of the programme to the best of your ability
2026 application timeline:
- Applications open Monday 8 December and are due by Sunday 18 January.
- Applicants will be notified of their status no later than Wednesday 28 January.
- Accepted applicants must confirm participation by Sunday 8 February.
Terms and conditions:
- Participation in the Career Accelerator programme is free of charge.
- A selection committee of Tessitura staff will choose up to 12 participants from submitted applications.
