v16 for Digital, Part 2: Accessibility
Tessitura v16 offers enhanced digital functionality and allows you to reach a wider audience with TN Express Web (TNEW). In this second of three sessions, we will:
- Offer a conceptual overview of the changes made to TNEW to comply with WCAG 2.1 AA web accessibility standards
- Explore how these changes make it possible and/or easier for a wider audience to transact on your website
We’ll also cover how to ensure your website is compatible with these accessibility enhancements.
v16 training
This live webinar is part of the Digital learning path for v16. For this path, we also recommend:
- v16 for Memberships, Part 1: Overview of memberships and benefits [11/12 January]
- v16 for Digital, Part 1: Consumer-facing changes [13/14 February]
- v16 for Digital, Part 3: Memberships and benefits [22/23 February]
- v16 for Constituent Communications, Part 2: HTML templates and emailed acknowledgements [15/16 March]
Please note: These are repeats of the v16 training series presented earlier in 2022. As we are iteratively releasing v16 to get new features to you faster, the content of these training sessions has been updated, so it’s ok to attend more than once!
Each session is recorded and forms part of a suggested learning path. Each learning path has been designed to provide a personalized journey through v16 by a specific job role or function. As the live sessions happen, the videos will be replaced with new recordings to ensure you get the most up-to-date information.

Tessitura is dedicated to providing a positive, safe, and harassment-free experience for all of our events. Please review our code of conduct. Keeping our meetings secure is also of critical importance to us. We use password protection, waiting rooms, and registration vetting to ensure a safe and secure experience. To respect everyone’s experience, please do not use AI assistants as general note-taking tools during events. If you need an AI assistant for accessibility, you’re welcome to use one. Read more about our AI assistant usage guidelines.
Tessitura is committed to making our virtual events as accessible as possible. Presenters will provide audible descriptions of visual components of the presentation where possible. We will stream open or closed captioning, where available, and all event recordings will be published with closed captioning. If you have specific accessibility needs, please email us at learning@tessituranetwork.com.
