The Tessitura v16 release delivers enhanced donor cultivation tools. It also offers new ways to segment donors, measure donor engagement, and communicate with donors. In this session, we will discuss new options and explore how to tailor Tessitura to meet your needs. We’ll walk through:

• Web-based portfolio management tools
• Constituent record screens
• Fundraising constituent header
• Emailed acknowledgements
• Improvements to segmentation (formerly extractions)

We will also touch on new memberships and benefits functionality and the new Interactions cube in Tessitura Analytics.
