Highlights from the TLCC Solution Center

At this year’s TLCC we offered a new opportunity to get hands on with Tessitura. We extended the Tessitura Lab into a more casual space called the Solution Center that presented the opportunity for attendees to interact with other products that we have to offer. Conference goers could walk up and check out devices for N-Scan and TRBO, as well as membership card printers. We also had mobile devices showcasing v7 of TNEW, TN Mobile Plus, and Tessitura on the Go, plus a demo of how to access Tessitura through RAMP. Attendees enjoyed the laid back environment and shared many “aha” moments with staff. In case you missed it, here are some of our favorite takeaways:

• More than 50 TNEW users visited the Solution Center to turn on v7 TNEW. With just a click of a button, they could preview the new, responsive framework on their test TNEW site using their data and their design. Plus, it was just as easy to turn off as it was to turn on. If you didn’t get a chance to take v7 for a test spin, it’s not too late! Just reach out to us at tnew@tessituranetwork.com and we’ll tell you the secret.
• People loved getting their photo taken and printed on the spot with our new Membership Card printer! Some attendees even got to try it out with the man behind the machine, Jon Ballinger. If you’d like to learn more, contact consulting@tessituranetwork.com.
• Organizations who have always wanted to check out Tessitura on the Go were able to get the url and instantly log in on their phones. If you still haven’t checked out your organization’s Tessitura on the Go mobile site, ramp@tessituranetwork.com can get you the link.
• We incorporated last year’s popular petting zoo, which showcased the various N-Scan and TRBO (Tessitura Roving Box Office) devices. Attendees could test the latest models and a few people even discovered creative ways to charge them with the accessories still in place.
• Lastly, one of the most popular discoveries was that TRBO is not just for traditional line busting, but you could easily use this roving box office to sell drinks and other items in the lobby or at the bar.
