Tessitura v16 is easier to use, both for your ticketing & admissions teams and for your customers. That also means it’s easier than ever to train your front-line staff. This session will cover new features including:

• Web-based user interface
• Constituent record screens
• Improvements to segmentation (formerly extractions) and reporting
• Reference tables for setup and configuration

Learn about new membership processing functionality in orders. We’ll also explore enhanced benefits redemption features, including self-service options on TN Express Web (TNEW). We’ll close with an overview of changes to Access Control and the TNEW order confirmation.
