Memberships functionality has been greatly enhanced in the Tessitura v16 release. Membership acquisition and retention are now easier than ever. In this second of five memberships sessions, we will:
- Cover memberships processing in the contribution editor, ticket orders, and online
- Show how to process two new types of memberships: level-first memberships and gift memberships
- Become familiar with the new membership pricing window, including how membership pricing rules and taxes are applied
- Discuss benefits processing, including new self-service options in TNEW
